Premised on the idea that we will continue to work in the aftermath of grand (sometimes failed) project and infrastructure, the studio explores the design that succeeds these spaces. The brief asked for a radical proposal to accommodate a diversity and intense human occupation on a well-located site with an abundance of public amenities.  The short 6-week studio sought to find a teaching method that exploited simultaneously critical thinking and productivity towards a design outcome.
