Working with a family-run business owning buildings across 4 city blocks, the project tests the capacity to reconcile real-estate investment interests in making a vibrant neighborhood through the adaptive reuse of buildings. The heat of the scheme centre around old mining sheds which comprise social and recreational uses with the industrial buildings accommodating various uses such as housing, studios, and offices. the lobby of each building are public foyers allowing public and tenants to interface.
