Louis Botha is a historical movement route identified for densification along new transport infrastructure. Working on two consolidated suburban residential stands, the proposal sought to introduce as many rooms as possible while not compromising on open space. The housing blocks related to the original land parcels to expedite development and was built to edge the street with an internal courtyard overlooked by upper level galleries. The courtyards are coupled and can be shared as one large space. Shops on the ground floor allow for controlled access to the courtyards.
