Using evidence to inform creative architectural and urban design concepts which deliver high-impact spatial solutions.
Research forms the foundation of the practice – guiding all infrastructure and design responses. The insights and evidence generated allows us to develop and informed design approach that can operate between the scales of architecture and urban design – with varying degrees of temporality. The unique constellation of site, users and objectives allow every design response to be carefully calibrated to meet particular demands.
We delight in our ability to integrate large and complex systems into tangible and coherent infrastructures that are rooted in the particularities of a place and its users. Our research techniques that involve participatory practice, collaboration and mapping yield extraordinary insight that correspond with thoughtful and timely design responses. Limited resources and volatility provide the basis for well calibrated and design infrastructure investments.
